Sussex Fire Box 81-2, residential structure fire in Laurel, corner of Trussum Pond Road and Gordy Road. Delmar Engine 74-1, Tanker 74-5 and Paramedic A-74 assisted Laurel and several other fire departments with a house fire as a strong thunderstorm passed through the region. Sussex County EMS Medic 102 arrived first and found fire through the roof. Firefighters were on-scene for approximately 3 hours. Fire Departments and EMS on-scene included Laurel, Powellville, Delmar, Sharptown, Blades, Seaford, Gumboro, Sussex County EMS Medic 102, Medic 202, EMS 200 and MCU-1.
