Traumatic injury fly-out

Traumatic injury fly-out. A patient arrived at the fire station with a serious injury. After evaluation by the EMS crew, a medevac helicopter was requested. Ladder 74 secured a landing zone down the street from the fire station. Paramedic A-74's crew treated the patient until the arrival of the helicopter. The patient was transferred to LifeNet 6-4 and the patient was flown to MedStar Curtis National Hand Center at Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore.
