3 Vehicle Accident with one Overturned. Delmar, Salisbury, and Parsonsburg Fire Departments were alerted to the intersection of Ocean Highway and Chestnut Street for a motor vehicle accident. Units arrived to find a 3 vehicle accident with a pickup overturned. EMS checked out 4 patients on the scene, all refusing treatment. Crews operated on scene for an hour cleaning up debris and controlling traffic on the busy highway.
