Sussex Fire Box 74-1, reported commercial building fire on Bi-State Boulevard. At approximately 4::00pm, Delmar, Laurel and Salisbury Fire Departments along with Sussex County EMS were dispatched for a report of smoke coming from the roof of the Lil Red Hen Nursery School. The facility was unoccupied at the time. Engine 74-1 and Command 74 arrived to find no evidence of fire. The soucre of the smoke was determined to be from a controlled burn on another street in the area. The incident was placed under control and the additional fire departments were cancelled.
