Delmar Fire Dept units responded for live power lines down on Blackwater Branch Road and a small grass fire. Weather at the time included sustained winds of 20-30 mph with gusts reaching 50 mph. Engine 74-1 responded and found a power outage in the area. A live wire started a small area of grass on fire. Once power was secured the fire was extinguished and units cleared. Blackwater Branch Road was closed for a short period of time. No injuries.
