Sussex County EOC dispatched Delmar Fire Dept for a reported car into a building on Waller Road. Ambulance A-74, Rescue 74 and Traffic Control 74 responded and found a vehicle had struck a building. The vehicle remained outside of the structure and there were no injuries. EMS assessed two subjects at the scene who both refused care and transport.
