Shortly before 07:00 Delmar Fire Dept was alerted for a medical emergency on the third floor of the Holiday Inn Express hotel on the Maryland side. Paramedic B-74 arrived and required a forcible entry to access the patient. Rescue 74 and Delmar Police responded to assist. A Delmar police officer was able to make entry as Rescue 74 arrived. One patient was transported to the hospital.
