Delmar Fire Dept responded for a MVC on W. Line Road at Waller Road. Paramedic A-74 and Rescue 74 arrived to find a single vehicle into a power pole with lines down. Paramedic A-74 obtained two refusals of care and Rescue 74 shut down the roadway until the utility company arrived.
