Sussex Fire Box 74-13, Structure fire. Delmar Fire Dept responded for a structure fire on the Delaware side around 22:00 hours. Engine 74-1 was first arriving a stretched their 300 foot rear hose line to an upstairs apartment. Truck 74-4's crew performed a search and cut a ventilation hole in the roof. Units operated for approximately 2 hours. Several mutual-aid fire departments also responded to the scene including Laurel, Gumboro, Millsboro, Sharptown, Pittsville and Parsonsburg.

While units were operating at this incident, an additional alarm was dispatched in Delmar, for a vehicle fire on the Maryland side, near Altitude Trampoline Park. Parsonsburg Engine 605 responded to that call from the fire scene and Delmar Engine 74-3 responded from the fire station. Units found a working vehicle fire and operated at that scene for approximately 30 minutes.
