Delmar Fire Dept, along with multiple other fire departments, responded to assist Salisbury Fire Dept with a structure fire at Salisbury University Blackwell Hall Library. Engine 74-1 responded from Delmar. Other departments on-scene included Fruitland, Hebron, Parsonsburg, Pittsville, Mardela Springs and Sharptown.
