10:30pm. Delmar Fire Dept, Sussex County EMS and Delaware State Troopers responded for a reported MVC with entrapment, tractor-trailer vs vehicle, on Sussex Highway north of E. Snake Road. Units arrived to find no entrapment however this was a serious vehicle collision involving a Chevrolet Silverado pick-up and a tractor-trailer. One patient was transported to the nearest trauma center. Northbound Sussex Highway was temporarily closed while emergency services worked at the scene.
