MVC with heavy entrapment

Sussex Rescue Box 74-2, Motor Vehicle Collision with heavy entrapment at Bi-State Boulevard and Dorothy Road. Delmar, Laurel and Blades Fire Departments responded. Delmar Truck 74 and Ambulance B-74 arrived on-scene and found a two vehicle t-bone collision, with one patient trapped. Laurel Tower 81 and Blades Rescue 71 arrived and all three Departments worked together along with LifeNet 2 Helicopter and Delaware State Troopers to extricate the patient. Additional assistance at the scene was provided by Carey's Towing Company. The patient was extricated and transported to Tidal Health Peninsula Regional Hospital.
