MVC with roll-over into water

Delmar Fire Dept units responded for a reported vehicle accident with roll-over, vehicle in water. Paramedic A-74 and Rescue 74 responded along with Delmar Police Dept and Delaware State Police. Units arrived to find a Chevrolet Blazer upside-down in standing water. The driver was uninjured and was assisted out of the vehicle by a firefighter.
