Delmar Fire Dept and the Delmar community gathered to welcome home 1st Lieutenant Joseph Bryant. A procession of fire apparatus and private vehicles began at State Line Plaza then proceeded down State Street. Welcome home Lt. Bryant and thank you for your service!
