** FULL TIME PARAMEDIC WANTED **

Delmar Fire Dept Job Announcement:

Full-time Firefighter/Paramedic

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be 21 years old
Current Maryland Paramedic
Current National Registry Paramedic
Firefighter-I or equivalent
Current CPR / AED
Current ACLS & PALS or equivalent
Current MD and/or DE EVO
Delaware EMT-B (must obtain with-in 6 months)

HOURS:
Employee will work a 24/72 shift

PAY:
$22 p/h plus Overtime after 40 hour work week

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Employee will be responsible for staffing the Ambulance, providing quality care in accordance with Maryland ALS protocols and fire suppression activities as needed. The employee will be responsible for maintaining all certifications required by Delmar Fire Dept. Additionally, there are daily equipment checks, fire station chores and other job duties as required.
