Commercial building fire in Laurel
Monday, April 6, 2020

Delmar Fire Dept responded to Laurel for a reported commercial structure fire on S. Central Avenue. Station 81 units arrived to find a working fire at the Dutch Inn. Rescue 74-6 and Engine 74-1 responded from Delmar. Rescue 74's crew stretched a line off Laurel Engine 81-4 and assisted with fire suppression. Engine 74-1 stretched a line to the rear of the structure and assisted with fire suppression.

 
Laurel, Delmar, Sharptown and Sussex County EMS were on the initial dispatch. Blades and Seaford were added to the alarm.
